Contingency-based Cost Reduction
Mach Five Capital provides our Strategic Sourcing services at NO incremental COST to you through a 100% pay-for-performance model, where our we share the savings that we deliver to you. Our portion of the shared savings consists of two parts:
Two (2) percent of the contracted annual spend, plus
Twenty (20) percent of the total savings delivered

For example, if your company currently spends $1M on a particular category, and Mach Five Capital delivers 15% savings ($150,000), your net savings would be $100,000/year, and our fee would be $50,000 (2% of $1M spend plus 20% of $150k savings). There is NO risk or incremental cost for your company as our fee is paid from the proceeds of the savings delivered.
