Marion Hill Apartments, LLC was formed to develop, own, and operate multi-unit apartment complexes.  The original Marion Hill project was the construction of a 400 unit Apartment complex consisting of eight two and three story garden style structures with lease-up over the course of a 4 to 9 year project timeline on a 25–acre tract of land in the northern suburbs or Dallas Texas.

Mach Five Capital is now working with LGI Homes, and DR Horton, America's largest homebuilder in the development of Lake Ridge Estates, a 175 unit single family home development on 58 acres in the northern suburbs of Dallas Texas.
